Why An Astrology Planner?
In the beginning of each school year, when the administration handed out planners to the students hoping maybe some of them would use it, I got way more excited than the normal child. I’ve always loved planners, and have kept one most of my life. Planning became a world of its own to me when I discovered bullet journaling and immediately fell in love. The freedom to create whatever layout best suited me felt like the ultimate form of control, and I learned how to best keep myself on top of my to-do lists.
When life got a little busier, I stopped having the time to create a hand-made, custom layout for each month, week, and include all the additional information I liked to have available, like the lunar cycle. I went back to using pre-printed planners, but could never find one set out exactly the way I wanted it to be, and always felt as though I was settling.
In 2019, I decided to design my own planner, using the bullet journal layout I liked, and included all of the astrological information I wanted to have available. This was the birth of the New Moon Planner, a practical astrology planner that didn’t sacrifice data or task-management. I knew I couldn’t be the only person who needed such a device, so I took my product to Etsy hoping to find other ambitious individuals with an interest in astrology. There were way more than I had imagined, and the New Moon Planner is currently a five-star product on Etsy.
